Happy Spring!
If you are like me, you too are anxiously awaiting the warmer weather. It IS coming...I am grateful for the buds emerging and the crocuses giving hope that we are well on our way to warmer, brighter days.
Amidst the myriad of world, life events happening, I am happy to compile some easy reading for this month's newsletter as a distraction.
The Real Estate market remains a hot commodity here and we have been busy with properties going to contract for sale, we are still happy to see the slow uptick in inventory. Rentals have been on the rise with several contracts secured for the beloved summer months. Please stay in touch as there is great inventory to choose from.
