Welcome November!
A beautiful month that showcases to us the many things in each of our days to be thankful for and to go out and live. One only had to travel along 27 East in these past weeks to see such greatness that Mother Nature gifts us with and reminds us to embrace.
I am officially a member of the National Advisory Committee which is a 75 member, agent-to-agent referral network within the Compass ecosphere. The National Network alliance allows me to further aid my clients with other like minded colleagues across the country. Many clients have inquired of the activity in the Hamptons post NYC mayoral election. A colleague in midtown shared the following interesting data:
Olshan Realty’s latest report, which tracks the city’s $4M+ residential market, posted one of its strongest weeks of the year immediately following the election. Forty-one contracts were signed in the five days after November 4th, marking the first 40-plus contract week since May and extending a month-long streak of elevated activity.
On another side note, the rental market is already up and running. We are currently working with tenants who are looking to secure their Hampton stay for 2026, which is most encouraging.
As Thanksgiving is upon us (where did the year go??) it is the perfect time to let you know just how much we appreciate you, our clients. Thanks for the calls just to gab, for sharing in family news, vacations, babies and of course, your real estate journeys. It means more to us than you know.
