A late August newsletter, allowing for the welcomed down time to enjoy all there is in this beautiful area we call home, if even just for Summer! Hoping you have embarked on a few early morning beach walks, the bike rides, the golf outings, the fishing boats, or the art shows, just to name a few. It IS what Summer is all about. If not, there is still time as the villages are still hosting great events, farmer's markets and concerts for you to get your fill.
In case you are wondering, the real estate market is seeing some good activity as of late. While this year's rental season was indeed sluggish for the early part of the year, it became quite busy at the approach of both July and August. We have already secured rentals for 2024 which is a great sign for the upcoming season!
The sales inventory is also making a recovery with some new inventory starting to surface. Should you consider selling, or know of others who may be considering selling, we want to talk with you and them! Advising clients for the immediate or near future is what we do best. There is no greater time to prepare. Consider that your happy abode shows best when in full bloom and robust gardens, along with open swimming pools; capture those images now!
