The numbers are in reflecting a slowed first quarter. But check out the pricing too. The inventory was sparse as we awaited inventory in tandem with the warmer weather. We have been busy listing properties and working with buyers who have decided that they are ready to come out, knowing the warmth is due...soon!
I feel confident that Q2 will see a uptick from this first quarter.
