New Home Disclosure Law

Property Condition Disclosure Act – March 20th 2024

The recent amendment to the Property Condition Disclosure Act took effect Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Sellers are required to provide the updated 7-page/56 question Property Condition Disclosure Statement (PCDS).

This new law is now in place of the standard $500.00 credit given to a Buyer at closing.
