May is a gentle month and one certainly full of real change; warmer days mixed with cooler evenings as we slip into the Summer mindset and lifestyle.
Change is palpable across the board. The mercurial banking, financial and real estate markets have us all paying close attention to the shifts that may occur, especially in the latter. An interesting Q1 market report is below. A woo hoo for Westhampton! We will surely keep you apprised of this (ever so slightly) changing market.
