September Secrets
While Summer is an all time favorite for many,
September has always been my favorite time of year.
There is a calm that seems to come to the villages. Lots of folks still out, weather is divine, the air still warm not to mention the ocean reaching its warmest temperatures. Some beaches continue to provide lifeguarding into early September.

Talking real estate...it is interesting to hear so many different takes on the current market, as if Chicken Little is advising. Articles and editorials can be very confusing as it relates to what we are experiencing. We are not seeing the world nor the real estate market coming to an end. What we ARE seeing is a return to pre Covid transactions and trends. Inventory is replenishing, interest rates are still low and pricing is returning, albeit to a new high. While the days of Covid buying, bidding wars and 'sight unseen' sales is now far behind us, there are great new homes that have come to this still high demand and active market. Be sure to schedule your visit with us!.
